Amaziha works exclusively with 925 silver with a high-quality 18-karat gold plating for the specially designed and elaborately crafted jewelry pieces. The high layer thickness of the gold plating, as well as the final alloying with a mirror finish guarantees a particularly long durability of your body jewelry.

For our creations we use, among other things, high-quality cubic zirconia stones. The cubic zirconia is a replica of a real diamond and can sparkle even more than the original.

For our collections we also use, among other things, high quality natural stones in different colors and settings.

Of course you can wear your Amaziha body jewelry on the beach. However, we recommend you to dry it slightly after contact with water to keep the shine permanently. Due to the fact that we only use high quality silver and no stainless steel we advise you not to wear the body jewelry permanently for showering, bathing, sauna and sports.

Keep your body jewelry in your original Amaziha jewelry case to protect it from external influences. If possible, always stretch your body jewelry on the velvet cushion to avoid tangling of the jewelry.
Proper and regular care can extend the life of the jewelry.
In order to enjoy your valuable and beautiful jewelry for as long as possible, you should also take some basic rules to heart:

• If possible, your jewelry should not be worn while doing housework, gardening, playing sports, or bathing for long periods of time (salt or chlorinated water).
• Jewelry should be taken off before going to bed and before showering.
• Perfume or hairspray can fade the shine of the jewelry and dim its brilliance. We recommend applying perfume, hairspray or other cosmetics before putting on the jewelry.
• Pearls should not come into contact with perfume, makeup or hairspray. Their surface will be damaged by alcohol or other solvents.
• Pearl jewelry should be stored separately from other jewelry, ideally in a cloth bag or wrapped in a soft cloth. This will prevent your imitation pearls from getting scratched.

Cleaning

Soap, cream and makeup residue can be removed by an ultrasonic device. The ultrasonic unit should not be filled with harsh cleaning agents. It is best to use water with a little neutral detergent.

To clean slightly tarnished areas, please use a jewelry care cloth.

If the discoloration cannot be removed with the jewelry care cloth, we recommend using a jewelry care bath.

Jewelry with imitation pearls is not suitable for cleaning in a jewelry care bath.

Other commercially available silver or gold dipping baths especially for jewelry can also be used. In this case, the instructions for use must be observed and, if necessary, the compatibility of stones (zirconia & natural stones, pearls and cold enamel) must be ensured beforehand.

Worldwide Shipping We ship to you worldwide. We ship all orders from Germany. For this reason there are no customs fees or import taxes within the EU. However, outside the EU these may apply. Please note that there are different regulations for customs or import taxes depending on the country. These fees go 100% to the customs of the respective receiving country & must be paid by you. If you refuse to accept the package, the fees will still be charged. These fees will be deducted from your credit in case of a return by UPS or DHL. The costs for international shipping to your store you will of course find out in the check-out process of your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Up to 30 days after you have received your jewelry, you can return the items to us without giving any reason.

This does not apply to gift cards or items that are explicitly stated otherwise.

However, we can only accept returns on new and unworn merchandise. If your merchandise shows a defect or an item is missing, it must be reported in advance. Otherwise, there is no guarantee that the full purchase price can be refunded.

If your return period of 30 days has been exceeded and we have not previously confirmed an extended return period, we unfortunately cannot accept your return and will send the item back to you.

A delivery bill is enclosed in your order, there is not a return label. The costs for your return are to be borne by yourself.

Please remember to stamp your shipment sufficiently and send it back to us insured.

It is best to keep your postal receipt as proof until the refund has been made.

As soon as we have received your return and it has been processed, you will receive a notification. We will usually process your return within 14 days.

Cancellation & Change

As long as we have not shipped your order, we can still cancel your order. Please send us an email to hello@amaziha.com and we will give you a short feedback if your cancellation is still possible.

Complaint

In case of a complaint about a faulty or wrong item please send us an e-mail to hello@amaziha.com. Please send us with your request meaningful photos of the defect or the wrong piece of jewelry with your order number. We will surely find a solution for you.

For legal reasons we have to inform you about your right of withdrawal.

You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The legal revocation/return period is 14 days from the day you took possession of the last product.

Beyond the legal revocation period you have the possibility to return the goods to Amaziha up to 30 days after receipt and to release yourself from the purchase contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal you have to inform us by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by mail, fax or e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the following model withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Excluded from the revocation are goods that were made according to your individual wishes.

Consequences of the revocation

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.

We may refuse to make the repayment until we have received the goods back.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of 14 days. The return costs are to be borne by you.

Warranty

Your jewelry from Amaziha is guaranteed for two years from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship.

If it is really a case of warranty we will repair your jewelry within this period free of charge.

The warranty does not cover improper use, third-party repair, negligent handling, wear and tear, damage from normal use, misuse or damage.

In case of a complaint about a defective or incorrect item, please send us an email to hello@amaziha.com. Please send us with your request meaningful photos of the defect or the wrong piece of jewelry, indicating your order number. We will surely find a solution for you.

Other important information for you:

If a repair is not possible or if a repair is disproportionate, we will exchange the item for an equivalent one free of charge.

Wearing parts are excluded from the warranty.

Please note the special care instructions for our jewelry from Amaziha.

Please note that the warranty claim on items that have been further processed in any way – such as engraved, for example, will expire.

Regardless of the warranty we provide, you are entitled to your rights under the statutory warranty.

Packing

All items purchased from Amaziha will be delivered in a matching & exclusive jewelry box, which can be used to store jewelry. The postal shipment will be made in a shipping box, which will protect your jewelry optimally during shipping.
